01 / Who I Am

I'm William Miramontes, a bilingual (English/Spanish) IT and cybersecurity enthusiast based in Florida. I completed the TryHackMe Pre-Security learning path and I'm actively working through Cybersecurity 101 while preparing for my CompTIA A+ certification. I come from a management background where I led teams under pressure — now I'm channeling that same discipline into breaking into the security field.

I focus on networking fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, and hands-on lab work covering reconnaissance, penetration testing concepts, and web security basics (HTTP, DNS, common web attacks). I also build projects like this portfolio to apply what I learn in real environments — not just on paper.
